Le 4 août, le tribunal des référés a rejeté les recours déposés par Orica Sénégal visant à suspendre l’exécution d’un redressement fiscal de 695,6 millions de francs CFA. Spécialisée dans la fourniture d’explosifs et de produits miniers, la société contestait à la fois les titres de perception émis par l’administration fiscale et l’ATD (Avis à tiers détenteur) adressé aux banques, rappelle Libération. Le juge a estimé que les garanties présentées par Orica étaient insuffisantes, validant ainsi la procédure engagée par la Direction générale des impôts et domaines, complète la même source.
