Dans un sac contenant des oranges en provenance de Ziguinchor, a été dissimulée une grande quantité de drogue. Ce pendant, le commerçant Abdou Aziz Thiam, établi à Dakar et qui l’a réceptionné, a été arrêté et inculpé pour les faits de trafic intérieur de drogue. Il risque 10 ans de réclusion criminelle devant la chambre criminelle de Dakar où il a été jugé hier.
Le produit prohibé se trouvait à bord d’un bus, avait pour destination Grand-Médine. C’est le chauffeur de bus qui a balancé le nom d’un certain Landing qui lui aurait remis le colis depuis Ziguinchor. Ce dernier, à son tour, a cité le nom de Abdou Aziz Thiam comme étant celui à qui la drogue était destinée.
» Ladite sac m’a été envoyé depuis Ziguinchor par mon oncle. Quand j’ai pris le sac , les policiers se sont jetés sur moi pour m’arrêter. Mais après vérification, rien n’a été retrouvé dans le sac »,s’est défendu devant le juge, renseigne Les Eckos.
