Un marchand de bétails du nom de B. Ndom, sexagénaire et originaire du village de Fasse Diebel dans le département de Koungheul, a été retrouvé mort dans les toilettes du marché à bétails de la commune de Koungheul.
Le drame s’est produit, hier dimanche 26 mars, peu avant la rupture du jeûne. Informés, les sapeurs pompiers et les éléments du commissariat de police de Koungheul se sont rendus sur les lieux du drame.
Après constat, la dépouille du défunt marchand de bétails a été acheminée à la morgue de l’hôpital de Koungheul. D’après les premiers témoignages, le défunt qui avait jeûné, serait tombé dans les toilettes du marché à bétails de Koungheul pendant qu’il prenait un bain.
La police de Koungheul a ouvert une enquête pour déterminer les véritables circonstances du drame qui a plongé les marchands de bétails de la contrée dans une profonde émotion.
