Amadou Sall et Ibrahima Bâ ont brièvement entretenu une relation d’affaires. D’après Le Témoin, c’est le premier qui a sollicité le second pour la création d’une société immobilière. Il met sur la table 500 millions de francs CFA en guise d’apport. N’ayant pas de telles liquidités, le fils de Amadou Bâ propose un terrain que le Président Abdoulaye Wade avait offert à son père.
La société fit faillite. «Amadou Sall retire son argent. C’est ainsi que Ibrahima Bâ décide de vendre le terrain à l’architecte bissau-guinéen du projet et désigne son chauffeur, Cheikh Tidiane Seck, qui est comme un frère, pour s’occuper de la transaction en intelligence avec son notaire, Me Moustapha Ndiaye», informe Le Témoin.
La transaction sera actée et les fonds issus de la cession sont logés dans le compte d’une société créée par Ibrahima Bâ et Cheikh Tidiane Seck.
Ce dernier a été placé sous mandat de dépôt en même temps que son patron, pour les mêmes chefs.
